Staying safer on SoulVowAI

SoulVowAI is a serious, marriage-minded community, and we work hard to keep it that way: photos are reviewed by automated checks and our team, profiles are checked before they can appear in recommendations, and every member can report or block at any time. No system is perfect, so please read this short guide and trust your instincts.
Signs that a member may not be genuine
- Very enthusiastic, very fast — declaring strong feelings before you have really spoken.
- Rushing you to move off SoulVowAI to WhatsApp, Telegram, email or a video chat early on.
- Messages that sound copied or that do not answer what you asked.
- Asking for money, gift cards, "travel fees", "visa fees" or financial help for any reason.
- Refusing to share a video call, or always having an excuse for why their camera cannot work.
- Asking for your phone number, home address or bank details very early.
How to protect yourself
- Keep conversations on SoulVowAI until you genuinely trust someone.
- Never send money to someone you met online — no legitimate match will ask you to pay.
- Do not share your exact address, workplace address or financial details in chat.
- For a first meeting, choose a public place, arrange your own transport and tell someone you trust where you are going.
- You are never obliged to reply. If someone makes you uncomfortable, stop, block and report.
What we do
- Photos are screened for unsafe content before and after publication, and can be reviewed again by our team.
- Profiles must pass a review before they appear in recommendations.
- Reports and blocks are acted on; serious or repeated violations lead to account removal.

How to report
On any profile or conversation, use the Report option. Our team reviews every report. You can also Block a member at any time — they will no longer see you and you will not receive messages from them.
